The product was exactly what I was looking for, well designed and of good quality and at an excellent price. Unfortunately the bed head arrived damaged, I think due to poor handling. The packaging had a number of dings. Fortunately, the procedure for informing and resolving the issue was straight forward with very helpful staff. Unfortunately, the replacement sent out was also damaged. The packaging was torn and the insulating material inside had disintegrated. I am hoping third time lucky!Bed frame and matress

This item arrived in excellent condition and in a flat pack. It was simple to assemble and is good quality all round. Item is very robust when assembled and well worth the money. Delivery time was excellent and free. I will be purchasing another one for the spare bedroom.Great product
