There's small issue with product but sorted within 24 hours by very nice and helpfull customer service... but that's ok, we're all humans and mistakes/erros happened, but it's up to company how they deal with it...... Hence in this case, would give even 10* if possible as very happy with product and nice service
Flimsy - for small dogs only.
My dog is 17K and don't feel confident using this ramp, too unstable and the angles perhaps quite pronounced. There are better out there.Folding dog ramp
I am really pleased with this ramp. The quality is great , very sturdy and being height adjustable is a big bonus.The ramp is so easy to use straight out of the box and put in place. It is very lightweight and folds flat for storage. I would say this is great value for money as similar ramps I'd seen before making my purchase from onbuy were £60+ for similar item, the photo ive taken is taken at mid height so could go higher or lower if needed. Thank you onbuy for another great item !

Have been using this for my wonky dog for some time, the only thing I will say is…had to carpet the slipway because he had no good grip on it, can put it away in the car one handed. .. a good buy !Pet ramp
