Anicura Natural Cat Gel Ointment for Dry & Itchy Skin 75ml- Help Cats With Hot Spots, Eczema & Skin Allergies Description
Anicura Cat Gel is designed to soothe and calm dry, angry-looking skin. The strong combination of Sea Buckthorn and Apple Cider Vinegar will deeply moisturise the skin. Both ingredients also calm and soothe skin, whilst providing nourishment and leaving the skin feeling and looking healthy.
The Gel is safe if ingested, so if your cat does try to lick it after you apply, don't worry! However, we do want the Gel to have time to work, so we recommend the following distraction techniques:
- Feeding your cat as soon as you have applied the Gel
- Playing with your cat straight after application
The Gel can be used on broken skin and is great at helping small wounds heal. So if your cat has scratched herself and has a sore, give the Gel a try!
If your Cat has larger areas of itchiness, dryness or flakiness, consider using the Cat Spray. The Cat Spray is designed to cover larger areas, whereas the Gel provides more targeted relief.
Additionally, consider using our Cat Shampoo and Conditioner for maximum results for a healthy skin and coat.
How To Use:
We recommend applying the Gel 3 – 4 times per day to start with (although you will not do any harm if you feel you need to apply more frequently than this). With clean hands, gently massage it into the affected area, or dab on if the skin is very sore. When you start to see an improvement, you can reduce down to 1 – 2 times per day. It doesn't sting, so it should be a nice experience for your cat as it will calm the area.

It works..
One of my cats has very sensitive skin and is constantly scratching himself raw, which usually results in an expensive visit to the vets.As soon as he starts to scratch I put the gel on and it soothes him immediately. Although he still scratches, this keeps the worst of it at bay. Seems to help his sores heal faster too.

Really happy with the effects of this gel. Used for around a week as my cat had some dry itchy areas around her back, legs and tail that she was constantly scratching and licking - to the point she was creating scabs and bald areas. Since using this stuff her hair everywhere is thicker and shinier, her dry and scabbed areas have greatly improved and her hair is starting to grow back too.
