Insert Batteries
1. turn over the instrument, press the triangle logo part of the battery cover, take out the battery cover along the arrow direction.
2. Confirm the + - charges of the battery and load the battery.

How to use Bind Wrist Band
1. plug in the air tube - plug the air tube to the bottom
2. The volume tied to the arm cuff - roll and bind the wrist band on your bare arm. Export trachea should hand align the palm of the little finger. (It can be measured both right and left hand, but the results have different extent of difference. Please measure by the same side of arm each time)
3. roll wrist band tightly - don't roll in clothes or it affects the accuracy of measurement. don't roll too tight, can place one finger. (most appropiaterth) fasten the hasp.

1. Place elbow on the desk.
2. The wrist band and heart on the same level.
3. Palm and relax.
Measure at the same time with he same arm and same gesture each day.
position of the wrist band will cause the result to change.
you'd better measure your basic blood pressure, (pressure of wake up and do not want emiction in the morning) if you cannot, please take before marl or sports.
do not touch instrument, wrist band and air tube.
Be quiet and relaxed during measurement. Be quiet for at least 5 mins before measuring. Relax body, arm and fingers, no muscle activity. Do not speak during measuring, be quiet. Measure again 4 to 5 mins if you need to measure in succession.
works perfectly ok however long delivery time and unfortunately I do not speak chinese and all the instructions in both the leaflet and symbols on the machine are in chinese?
This arrived in great packaging and has a superb function of it telling you what your vital stats are and that it is normal or if abnormal, you need GP support. So cheap and well worth the money. Would definitely buy from the company again.

Have been using this for a week now and so far found no problems apart from the fact it took a little time to work out how to set the time and date, The delivery was in the time scale . Checked against a dearer model, readings the same within + or - 5
