BenGay is an analgesic used in pain in muscles, joints, spine.
Action:
Painkillers used in muscle, joint, spine pain.
Indications:
Bengay Painkillers are intended for adults and children over 12 years and recommended for alleviation:
- pain and stiffness of muscles and joints caused by overload, injury or inflammation
- lumbosacral spine pain
Contraindications:
- hypersensitivity to methyl salicylate, menthol or any of the excipients
- do not use on irritated skin and open wounds
- do not use in children under 12 years of age
Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
Consult your doctor before taking this medicine
Side effects:
Ben-gay can cause side effects such as urticaria, erythema and other skin reactions, nausea, vomiting and central nervous system symptoms (dizziness, dizziness, drowsiness, slowed breathing and coma).
Composition:
1 g ointment contains as active substance 150 mg methyl salicylate + 100 g menthol and excipients: stearic acid, glycerol monostearate, anhydrous lanolin, polysorbate 85, tristearate sorbitol, triethylamine, purified water.
Dosage:
Place the ointment on the affected area and rub gently until completely absorbed.
The ointment is absorbed through the skin. Repeat rubbing every few hours (3 to 4 times a day).
