Ultra-smooth, lightly sweet and with hints of citrus aromas, CÎROC vodka is enriched by the natural flavours of the grapes it uses. While most vodkas are created from grains, wheat, and even potatoes, CÎROC vodka is beautifully crafted from grapes grown in vineyards nestled in the Gaillac and Cognac regions of France, giving the vodka a fruity flavour with an exceptionally fresh, citrus taste.
How is CÎROC vodka made?
CÎROC’s grapes are specially harvested and crafted into fine wine before being stored at almost freezing temperatures to protect and enhance the flavours of the wine. This wine is then distilled in column stills four times, but it’s the fifth distillation in a traditional copper pot, produced to bottling strength with neutral local water, that the true character of CÎROC’s luxury vodka is truly created.
Bursting with flavour in every glass, CÎROC vodka offers a luxurious addition to your drinks cabinet and acts as a fabulous mixer for a range of different cocktails. Explore CÎROC’s history
Born and raised in the south of France, Jean-Sebastien Robicquet knew what he was doing when it came to wine, descending from generations of winemakers with expertise and craftsmanship dating back to the 15th century. That’s why, when he finally turned to vodka creation in 2003, he recognised the opportunity to infuse the wine and spirits world together, creating the elegantly smooth and sophisticated CÎROC vodka.
Proudly celebrating its roots, CÎROC’s name originates from the French words ‘cime’, meaning peak, and ‘roche’, meaning rock, inspired by the Gaillac region, where the vodka is created. Even CÎROC’s frosted bottles are a nod to the Gaillac region and wine-making process, with a cockerel perched on a cluster of grapes to symbolise the companies history and heritage. Since its creation, CÎROC have experimented in producing not one, not two, but nine beautifully flavoured vodkas. From French vanilla to green apple, CÎROC is sure to have a flavoured vodka to suit any palate.
