I have tried (unsuccessfully) running with a bladder in a rucksack, bottles attached to a waist belt and carrying various size bottles in my hand. All were uncomfortable. My last resort was this vest and I’m pleased to say that it’s really comfortable. You can forget you’re wearing it and just concentrate on running. It has been designed for women, is adjustable and has lots of little pockets for storing phone, keys, gels etc. I’m really happy with it
Christened this by filling it with everything I need for my next ultra, and ran 3 miles. I can't fault this seemingly well made and well thought out pack. The water bottles are easy to drink from on the move and didn't taste of newness. The back pocket isn't huge but the many front pockets are perfect for snacks, buff, gloves etc. I have chest measurement of 30 inches and it's mainly shoulder muscles rather than boobs. I initially thought the xs might chaffe at the arms, but fully laden it was a good fit. Very excited for my future long runs.
