Partner Campaign Manager

We're looking for:

A partner campaign manager to manage multiple campaigns and projects with our partners, ranging from channel systems and eCommerce consultancy firms to fulfilment providers and delivery solutions. You'll establish new partnerships and invigorate historic partnerships, ensuring that campaigns reach their potential to benefit OnBuy and our sellers in the UK and beyond.

Your role will involve:

  • Overseeing the initial processes of new partner sign-ups and the stages that will define and shape the effectiveness of those partnerships
  • Covering a range of tasks from brief to execution alongside our Partner Manager, from the receipt of contracts to being responsible for making sure that marketing assets have been exchanged and that the confirmed campaigns take place on time
  • Liaising with team members from our Partner, Content, eCommerce and Development teams to maximise impact for the campaigns and offer clear timescales for launch and other key milestones within each campaign
  • Handing over to our Partner Account Manager once the campaigns have been completed. They'll handle the day-to-day management of those partnerships until the next campaigns arise

You should apply if you have:

  • Experience in eCommerce and a good understanding of the industry as a whole
  • A highly organised approach with strong planning capabilities, being able to effectively prioritise and manage multiple projects at any one time
  • A successful record of delivering multiple campaigns simultaneously, efficiently and on-time
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead the effective delivery of projects
  • The ability to confidently manage a varied workload and work to tight deadlines
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to motivate and escalate accordingly
  • The ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
  • A positive, creative, and innovative attitude
  • High levels of motivation and a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace
  • Certified Project Management Qualification, e.g. Prince 2 (not essential but desired)
  • B2B experience (not essential but desired)
  • Additional languages (not essential but desired)
