You'll have a strong understanding of our customers' needs and mind-set, supported by first-hand research and data. You'll need to be able to adapt to new markets as we expand globally, providing best-in-class user experience to local markets. You'll feed your insight into all marketing and development initiatives, ensuring everything we implement has a positive impact on the customer experience. You'll work with the wider marketing team while having a high degree of autonomy and will be capable of communicating effectively to senior management.

Your role will involve:

  • Monitoring competitors/the market to understand which features we can adjust and apply to OnBuy
  • Suggesting new tools we could implement that will enable you to do your job more effectively
  • Executing user testing where possible to validate prototyped ideas
  • Using qualitative research methods to support your suggestions, and working alongside the wider insights team to interpret customer data to inform decisions
  • Working with our Conversion Rate Specialist to define AB tests and multivariate tests
  • Working with our Category Optimisation Manager to deliver the best journey possible for our customers, ensuring each category and product type offers a tailor-made experience

You should apply if you have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research techniques, from creation to delivery of findings
  • Impressive prioritisation and organisation skills, balancing business and user requirements
  • High levels of passion about taking a user-centric approach to design
  • Experience in using a range of digital tools to carry out research and analysis, and the ability to implement them from the ground up
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A self-motivated attitude and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy

  • Company bonus scheme
  • Flexi-time (37.5 contract)
  • Flexible working
  • Family friendly policies
  • Opportunity for career development and progression
  • Good work-life balance
  • Employee share scheme
  • Employee Referral Scheme
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Newly refurbished offices
  • Casual dress code

Could you be an integral part of our team to drive our business forward? If so, we want to hear from you!

In return, we will offer you a rewarding salary, a great working environment and the opportunity to progress in one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK.
