Will my Cashback expire?
As long as you make a purchase at least once every 6 months, you can keep on saving your Cashback for a rainy day!
Used guest checkout? Don’t miss out on your Cashback! Just create an OnBuy account within 30 days of placing your order using the same email address that you used at the checkout, and your Cashback will be yours to spend!
How do I withdraw my Cashback?
Use your Cashback straight away, save up for something special, or withdraw straight into your bank account as soon as you’ve earned £5 or more. It’s up to you!
The Cashback earned on each item in an order will become available to withdraw 30 days after the last delivery date and will show up as ’Pending’ in the withrawal section of your Cashback Hub until this time.
To withdraw your Cashback for the first time, you need to log into your OnBuy account, head to your Cashback Hub and add your bank details. We’ll send you an email with a unique link to confirm it’s you, so keep an eye on your inbox (don’t forget your spam folder!).
Your Cashback (excluding Pending) will be ready to withdraw 72 hours after you’ve confirmed your details, and it’ll take 3-5 working days to reach your account.
Can I choose how much Cashback I use?
When you choose ’Spend my Cashback!’ at the checkout, your full Cashback balance will be applied automatically.
If the order total is less than your Cashback balance, your Cashback will pay for the order in full and the remaining balance will still be available for you to spend.
If you choose to withdraw your Cashback, you’ll need to have a balance of £5 or more and you can only withdraw the balance in its entirety.
What happens to my Cashback balance if I return, cancel or receive a refund for an item?
If you decide to return an item, cancel an order, or receive a refund, the Cashback earned on that order will be deducted from the balance in your Cashback Hub.
If you’ve already spent that Cashback when paying for another order, don’t worry - the value of the Cashback will be taken out of your refund instead. For example, if you used £3.75 in Cashback to pay for an order but then returned the original item, we’ll take the £3.75 out of your refund. So your refund will be £3.75 less than what you paid originally.
