Lower togs, such as 4.5 tog and 7.5 tog are ideal for warmer summer months, while higher togs, such as 13.5 tog, 15.0 and 18 tog are ideal for colder winter months.

Of course it was! To buy an 18 tog duvet for under £19 was an insane idea but it was worth the money. A thin in many places, possibly 10 tog duvet at best but stuffed on top of my already owned 13.5 tog made the bed very snuggly.So although not what was advertised, it does the job.
For other people, I recommend you save up your pennies and buy a well know brand that will be exactly what is described.

I brought this item for my daughters bed. It was to upgrade her old 13.5 TOG duvet. The price was fantastic, cheaper than other duvets with this TOG rating. I was slightly concerned that the quality of this would be a problem, but I was surprised by the quality of it. My daughter loves it and tells me that it's very warm.
