very easy to use and understand. The early reviews suggested a short life to the product, but perhaps any problem has been corrected as later reviews were better. Don't like this item. Bought for myself so got the best I could afford but it is not the luxury softness I was expecting. The wires are very prominent in the blanket and it dies not wrap you in comfort it is ridged from the wires and in my opinion cheap. My daughter has a different one it is beautiful soft flexible no hard wires and comfort like it should be.
