I followed the instructions as given but could not successfully get it working on either my Windows 10 laptop or my Android phone. Waste of time and money.
As per title... The "zoom" feature just lightens or darkens the image. I had trouble fitting the camera into my ears, when it came to the attachments, I found it near impossible to extract any wax. (Don't know if it's because I'm a woman and possible the entrance to my ears might be small?), but overall it still didn't work for me. Also I didn't receive all the accessories in the advertisement. Hence 3* review.
