Product was fine, service not so much
The product appears to be a genuine Dyson part. No problems and it was at a very good price.I was quite disappointed with the customer service. Whilst I purchased from onbuy.com the order was fulfilled by Spares2go. I paid for priority delivery just to get it on a day that I was in, however in the end it took a week to arrive, later than the estimated date for standard free delivery. When I complained to customer service they blamed it all on Royal Mail and not even a word of apology!!
