Likes:- Contents nicely organised within the packaging
- Nice design; easy to hold & operate
- Every piece of the product was included; no missing pieces
- Instructions easy to understand
Dislikes:
- Product did not work for me; gave it a few tries & saw no improvements on my skin, only left marks (might be a fault on my end) & didn't remove any pores or blackheads
- Charging slot/Charger had some sort of problem; worked sometimes but only when the product was placed at a certain angle
- Would have liked a longer charging cable
Overall:
- Disappointed as the product did not work for me
- Nicely designed & packaged
