Excellent product exactly as described and received quicker than delivery estimate. I would recommend buying from Onbuy.com. I was apprehensive to order from this website but I am so glad I did. I have ordered a few items now and I am more than satisfied with my purchases.
My problem (and yours} is with so called delivery which was a 25k large box.
This was dumped on end between car park and RETIREMENT home where some occupants only weigh a little bit than the box. A single very short ring on the doorbell and caller was gone w/out knowing if anyone was at home. If no-one had told me it was there it would have been there all night. It was too heavy for a lot of people here to move. I consider this to be utterly disgraceful. I know this is not your fault but your money is paying for this non service. J Coles

Can't believe the quality of this item for the price you pay. I bought this because I've fitted it for a customer before and knew how good it was. Really have no faults to mention. I also like the fact you get the logs and crystal with the product so you can change to go with your decor
