Bought as a present for my 9year old grandaughter who absolutely LOVES IT. Her face lit up as she opened it, its a substantial piece of kit easy to put together, it charges well the pink is just the right colour pink and it works perfectly. I am not happy with this product. 2nd day of playing on the thing, the fan belt snapped. I would like a refund or exchange on this product. I am hoping I’ve received just a faulty belt. My daughter really enjoyed playing on this until this happened. She is extremely upset without her favourite Christmas present.
