Flegamina, 8mg, 40 tablets Sore Throat Cold & Flu Description

Indications: acute and chronic respiratory diseases with disorders of expectoration and mucus removal. Composition: 1 tablet contains the active substance: 8 mg bromhexine hydrochloride and auxiliary substances: lactose monohydrate, sodium carboxymethyl starch, magnesium stearate. Action: cleanses the bronchi, facilitates breathing. Dosage: orally: - children from 3 to 6 years of age: 1/2 tablet 2 times a day; - children from 6 to 12 years of age: 1/2 tablet 3 times a day; - adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 tablet 3 times a day. The drug should be taken after meals. Usually the drug is used for 7-10 days. Contraindications: hypersensitivity (allergy) to bromhexine or any other substance of the drug; intolerance to certain sugars. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using the drug. Use with caution in patients with gastric and duodenal ulcers, in cases of severe liver or kidney dysfunction. Caution should be exercised when driving or operating machinery, due to the possibility of drowsiness or pain and dizziness.
