**unfortunately it never arrived and no reply from customer service. Waited 3 months * I have come on to buy another one of these because my first one stopped working a few weeks ago and i miss it. I work long shifts on my feet upto 15hrs a day and this wee machine is just brilliant when i get in. I lie in sofa and it massages my legs and calfs. Yes it broke but we certainly burtnt it out as the most used gadget in the family. I was considering a more expensive machine for longevity but il give this another go, my feet and legs were better for it.Posted 15/09/2022

It doesn't feel very sturdy but for the price it is very good deal especially the rotation is very powerful compare to other massager that I had previously.
