I have a few exercising machines but this is my favourite, a fantastic way to exercise with low impact, I love this glider, it arrived quicker than expected and easily built up, it's very great fun to use, I just love it.
When I first brought this machine I had hopes it was going to help me get a step closer to achieving my weight loss goal but I was wrong. At first the machine looked really good, I was working up a sweat but then my hip started hurting so I couldn't do much on it. The machine then sat in the corner being used probably about 7 times in a months. Within 3 months of use the problems started appearing, it would squeak so loud even when oiled and the the welding went on the foot plate which made the machine completely useless and I way out of time with being able to request a refund. I have since brought a fold up exercise bike which appears to be working wonders. No more painful joints and I've lost 5lbs in just under 2 weeks! Just a little side note my weight didn't break the machine (I weigh 14st). I also have been recently diagnosed with hypermobile eds so was desperate to find something that would be good for my joints but this really wasn't it, if anything I feel as if its made the problems worse!

This is neat and doesn't take up too much room. Easy to assemble and great value for money. Just step on and stride away, listen to music or watch tv while you exercise.
Complete workout at home, easy to asemble robust materials and innuse after 45 minutes. This equipment is going to be our gateway to a fitter lifestyle
