Having used the chair for a few days, it certainly does the job, and is comfortable to use when I sit at my desk.
What was disappointing is the delivery. No, it was not late, it arrived earlier than the specified date. But I received no indication that this would be the case; there was no notification of any delivery before or after the fact. As a result, the package was on my front door step for two days before I returned. Fortunately, it was still there. But disappointing nonetheless, and I hope that all onbuy deliveries are not like this?
