This is a very helpful book inorder to help yourself interacting with people and even heading towards leading. It teaches how to be emphathetic to different view points and help achieve mutual agreement.

Best way I found to read and absorb the material is to read the end point in a chapter, find an example and then practice it and read the rest of the chapter.

A lot of the info feels like common sense but we do tend to forget and fall into bad habits so this book becomes a reminder to help enforce the ideas.

I keep it next to my bedside!
