Inward Description

"i closed my eyes to look inward and found a universe waiting to be explored" From poet, meditator, and speaker Yung Pueblo, comes a collection of poetry and prose that explores the movement from self-love to unconditional love, the power of letting go, and the wisdom that comes when we truly try to know ourselves. It serves as a reminder to the reader that healing, transformation, and freedom are possible.

To go outward, we must go Inward..

Instead of asking "why is this happening? / why are they doing this?" we should ask "What are they trying to teach me?", "What am I supposed to learn?" --> How do we respond to difficulty.

If you think negatively of something, you will become discouraged. --> The negativity / the view becomes the reality. Which in turn we lose motivation.
There are so many advantages / so much to learn.

Inward is teaching me more about my self. To mediate on each phrase and introspecting. Reflecting and going inward where it all begins and starts. Great book and would highly recommend.
