Very ergonomic design, fits very nicely in my hand and comfortable to move around. Nice clicky mouse sound (maybe too loud for some offices so bear in mind). The scroll wheel feels a little far back but definitely still easy to use. The forward and backward buttons are a very nice feature and once you've gotten used to them are quite helpful. The one thing advertised that I couldn't figure out are the supposed 7 programmable buttons which I could not locate nor figure out how to activate/use.
