Within a few days of using this chair it became a useless piece of office furniture , while sitting on the chair doing absolutely nothing just relaxing it FAILS to stay in the upright position, withing a few mins you find yourself at the lower end of the height, meaning the chair has dropped down, making you having to lift it back up again and again and again, each and every time you sit in the chair or even when you go to sit in the chair, My advise would be to NOT BUY THIS CHAIR, stay well away from it, get something better, it's just a waste of money,Now having to look around for a better chair.
Hope this review has helped others into buying a better product.

There is a hard seat and backrest. Massage with a vibrator on the back sticks out too much and hurts the spine.The armchair was supposed to be comfortable and helpful for a sore back, and the opposite is true.

Wouldn't buy this product ever again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone too. Came in with lots of dents and scratches. And broke few weeks later.No chair, no refund. Massage function its just a joke. It's distracting fast vibration. Shouldn't be called massage chair.

I bought this as a present for my son who was looking for a functional but comfy chair to both work from home and to use whilst gaming. His reaction has been terrific. He loves it. It meets all his requirements; so much so that I am in the process of ordering another for myself. The order to delivery process should also be mentioned.
