Awful product.
A very poor quality item. Assemble was quick and painless, everything tightened correctly - everything was a bit loose. Used the chair for a few days and found it comfortable enough. After one month, the gas lift is broken and the seat keeps going down. Even if I'm not sitting in it. The back rest will not stay in place and I am constantly trying to adjust it. The arms are so loose, I took them off - total useless. It is also very noisy. It creaks and crunches. No amount of tightening screws or WD40 fixed it. The only thing that works properly is the massager! At first glance this chair looks like a bargain, but you get what you pay for. This one is going in the bin. There is nothing luxury about this chair. My recommendation is to avoid it.Posted 04/05/2021

Pretty decent chair, minor machining issue
So I bought this chair and was a bit shocked at how cheap it was, but it arrived quickly. My only problem is that the T Bar that connects the legs to the back of the chair. One of the holes in the chair that the bolt is meant to go into is 6cm lower than the rest of them so I can't fully connect the bar on the left hand side.Posted 20/04/2021
