Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen plant that helps maintain relaxation and mental well-being. In the long term, it contributes to the body's resistance to stress.

Application: supplementation of the diet with active ingredients of the preparation.

Recommended consumption: adults: 1 tablet daily. Best taken in the morning. Duration of using the supplement: 4 weeks. Can be repeated if necessary.

Ingredients: magnesium (magnesium salts of citric acid), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, ashwagandha root extract, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, emulsifier: dimagnesium phosphate, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and talc, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride: emulgator:) triethyl citrate, dye: brilliant blue FCF, emulsifier: polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (polysorbate 80), dyes: iron oxides and hydroxides.

1 tablet contains: magnesium 60 mg (16%) *, vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100%) *, ashwagandha root extract standardized to 5% of vitanolides 80 mg (calculated on the dry weight of the plant 2000 mg)

Contraindications: the product should not be consumed when using sedative, hypnotic or antiepileptic drugs; do not use in children, pregnant women and during lactation.
