Great phone
Amazing phone, the first android having switched from iPhone and I'm more than impressed. Top phone with a decent camera and a great all-rounder. At this rate, my next phone will likely be a OnePlus too.
Awesome Phone, great buy
My first order from OnBuy and also my first significant purchase from a reselling site like this (as opposed to a national retailer). I couldn't be more satisfied. The phone arrived in perfect condition, rand new and working - it is fully ready for the Uk and I had it set up and making calls in less than 20 minutes. The OnePlus UI is really good and the Android wireless smart transfer meant i could copy all my data, settings and contacts really easily. I would definitely recommend buying this phone through this site - it was half the price you would have to pay in the UK and the delivery time was very good
Great priced flagship
The specs of the phone are much better than the price would indicate, a great value flagship phone that should be considered as an alternative to the bigger brands.
Great experience
Bought this brand new phone online, contacted customer ser a couple of times before ordering to clarify a few things. They were quick to respond and gave me the answers I needed. The phone arrived quickly and tracking was available throughout the delivery process. Will use OnBuy again, very happy with my purchase.

Much recommended, consider the pricing
As some have said on here before, I have never heard of this site before until i was researching on the 1+7 phone. Saw the price on here and decent reviews prior to my purchase. Purchased on a Tuesday and received on the Friday the same week. Great delivery speed and tracking# was also provided.
The price overall is amazing seeing as it's considerably more expensive on other more well-known sites available. The specs of the phone was too great to pass (for ~£390). The box contains the 1+7 phone, a clear soft plastic phone case, chinese charging plug, 1+ red dash cable and also a traveler plug thrown in by the seller which connects to the UK and EU plugs. I've not used the traveler plug as I've had previous 1+ phones and have the old 1+ cables and plugs for charging.
This phone is being used the in UK for myself, and works with all networks (as it's unlocked) so don't worry about any network connectivity issues which I used to fear when buying a phone that was sold by an company based in the Far-East. Connected to BT and Vodafone with no issues.
One thing to note is you could buy this phone for roughly £355-375 on some Chinese sites (aliexpress mainly) which I have used with success in the past, but the items that are being sold are a bit sketchy in the condition (new/ used, therefore refurbished), so always question the seller prior to buying, just in case. On this occasion, this phone was definitely new from OnBuy.
Hope this first purchased is a catalyst towards buying more from this site.

Oneplus 7
Looked at many options for a new phone and decided on the Oneplus series. Unfortunately couldn’t justify the extra £200+ for the Pro version but thought this was a bargain find on onbuy.
Phone arrived a day early and so far am extremely impressed by both the service from onbuy and the quality of the Oneplus 7 itself.

Fantastic phone at a great price
I'm delighted with this phone and with the service I received. It was delivered earlier than the predicted date which was a bonus. The phone is a joy to use - it's fast, the screen is pin-sharp and it feels solid and very well-built. It came with a screen protector and bumper case, as well as a fast charge cable and an international adapter for the plug which is not a UK 3-pin. I bought a UK plug for around £15 which is fine, given the heavily discounted price I paid for the phone. The screen-protector does collect fingerprints badly so I bought a flip case for less than £10 and took the protection film off. It's much better without it. All in all I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience of buying this phone.

Was a bit dubious using OnBuy as never heard of them before and neither had colleagues, but have to say great phone and for an excellent price would definitely recommend and use them again
