I can't understand some bad reviews I have seen regarding this bbq. I have been using one for this past year and have no negative comments at all. I had to return the bbq I had to it's owner hence the reason for buying a new one. It's simply a great product being sold by Onbuy at a very competitive price. To me it's a 5 star product.
