If you're just starting to train with weights, you'll need to choose between the maximal loading potential of barbells and the ease of control offered by dumbbells. Or you can bypass the choice entirely with this product!
This adjustable barbell/dumbbell weight lifting set can be used as both a pair of dumbbells and a singular barbell so you can perform all kinds of exercises successfully. Use the dumbbells for farmers walks, step-ups, hammer curls, shoulder presses and more. On the other hand, the barbell is perfect for barbell jerks, glute bridges and more. Switching between the different modes is easy, just fit the two dumbbell grips together to form the barbell.
Provided with the barbell and dumbbell are a series of concrete weight plates. The plates are covered in a durable, floor-friendly plastic casing and the bars have non-slip grips. The weight plates range from 2.5kg to 1kg for a total of 30kg, meaning you can add and remove weight as you get stronger and to let you perform different exercises.
