Don’t buy iPhones.

Bought iPhone 12 in sept 2023.By May 24 phone had broke. Was not sold as refurb this was a brand new phone. Not helpful at all told was out of warranty and was unable to get any further help. Won’t use this website again for any purchases.

Directshopping is a great company with a good customer service. My phone, which was brand new, and much cheaper than the ones advertised on the manufacture's website, arrived quite quickly, and was well packaged for transit. I had a minor issue with the phone, but this was quickly sorted by their excellent customer service. Would definitely buy again from this seller, and would highly recommend them to other potential buyers looking for a bargain.

Really pleased with this product. The main selling point to me was the camera, which is amazing. The product was delivered on time and as described. This relates to the company I bought from on Onbuy.com and not Onbuy.com. I was suppose to earn 7.5% cashback from this order and six months down the line it is still showing as pending. There is no way to contact Onbuy.com directly, you have to go through the company you order the item from first even though the cashback has nothing to do with them. After 48 hours of doing this I sent a message to Onbuy.com and receive a computerised email back stating they would get back to me within 48 hours. I did this 6 days ago and I am still waiting for a reply. Have sent several message since and still no reply. Their customer service sucks and I suspect that it is a scam, be aware when ordering from them. I will only withdraw these comment if the situation is resolved.

Was unsure as buying a big ticket item that it might be as new and a refurbished model. This was not the case and am so impressed and my new iPhone.

Excellent upgrade

Excellent upgrade from my iPhone 7, bigger screen, faster, 128gb perfect storage amount, really good camera, Face ID makes life a lot easier and overall it’s not the latest iPhone but I’m very happy and hope it will have years of support from apple.

Great product, unbeatable price

The delivery was quick and reliable, the product is brand new and the price is the best I could find online for a new iPhone 12. Not sure why the apple box is black rather than white but box was sealed and the product is great. This is the second phone I got from this supplier, will get my next one there as well.
