Excellent product, compact design, easy to use, comprehensive instructions that would benefit from delineating per model. Very clean and ready to use in protective hygienic packaging
Tap water filtered through this product does taste a little fresher.
Easy to set up and use. Cost of unit though seems high for what is simply a small plastic box with a tap. Replacement cartridges not inexpensive either, considering the main component is made from a natural product ie. coconut shells. Does what it is supposed to do, but unit, and especially the filter, are much smaller than I expected for the cost.
Cost of replacement cartridges disappointingly excessive, so I can see this product ending up redundant in a kitchen cupboard in the not too distant future.
Daughter at university and tap water disgusting and causing upset stomach. She now fine after using filter jug. I’ve used Brita jugs for many years at home and when holidaying in caravan in areas with poor water.
Great item. I've always had the jugs so thought I would try the tap water dispenser and I'm not disappointed. Holds so much more water and easy to fill glass with the tap
I bought this to replace a normal size jug as we had to refill it every other time we used it, so this has been a great replacement as we only have to refill every other day now. The handles on the front and back make it easy to take out of the fridge for refilling.
This jug is so good. Once it's full it can fill up many glass with nice filtered water. The dispensing little tap working nicely and it doesn't make any drop of water after you stop it. The delivery of item was fast too.
Everything it says it is, holds a fair bit of water and fits our fridge which is even more handy! Brought this to save money on purchasing water bottles and I’m so glad I did
The product is very useful to my family, my kids drink a lot of water every day the size of the jug is pafect, I do not need to fill it all the time 3× a day filling is sufficient for my family I recommend this product if u are more than two at home who love drinking water.
I am happy with this, it works well and came quickly.
