Really disappointed in the quality of the product all the shelves have come undone at the edges so are unusableSome of the poles are split on the edges too. It is really cheaply made and I’m very disappointed with the quality.

Received the rail and it is as per the photo but it is flimsy so be careful when putting together as you can crush the poles with your bare hands. You get what you pay for and we paid next to nothing so I have no complaints. It has loads of hanging space and the shelves are really useful but probably won't take anything too heavy. Not heavy duty
One of the hanging rails is broken and the whole rail leans. The fixings are plastic and the metal rails come out of the fixings. I have to push them all together on almost a dailyBasis.

It’s okay. Gets the job done.
Maybe by heavy duty I expect a bit more but it basically does the job..just that once I connected the hanging rail, the top poles get disconnected… cannot get it to stay in place with the hanging rail on so I’ve given up.It was easy to assemble and holds quite a lot of clothes on it at the moment. Had it for less than a week so we’ll see how it holds out.
