Excellent
The camera quality is brilliant, but trying to scoop ear wax to clean requires a surgeon's skill. Knowing whether you are going left or right or up and down is tricky. This is nothing to do with the camera but our natural orientation.I found it extra useful to check the severety of my Brocken molar/teeth.
Overall a very useful tool to have at home. Highly recommend

Incompatibility of delivered product with PC and Phone
I followed the instructions as given but could not successfully get it working on either my Windows 10 laptop or my Android phone. Waste of time and money.

Works ok as camera...
As per title... The "zoom" feature just lightens or darkens the image. I had trouble fitting the camera into my ears, when it came to the attachments, I found it near impossible to extract any wax. (Don't know if it's because I'm a woman and possible the entrance to my ears might be small?), but overall it still didn't work for me. Also I didn't receive all the accessories in the advertisement. Hence 3* review.
