• Omega-3 Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) from fish oil is a marine fatty acid, which provides the building blocks of the brain and eyes. It makes up 40 Percent of the polyunsaturated fatty acids or PUFAs in the brain and 60 Percent of those found in the retina. Omega-3 Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) is one of the fatty acids that make up Omega-3 found in oily fish.

All EQUAZEN products contain the same trusted quality ingredients, but with a slightly different ratio – an EQUABALANCE ratio - of omega-3 fatty acids. This provides greater levels of DHA when it is needed - during pregnancy (Mumomega) and infancy(Equazen Baby) and greater EPA as we grow.

Safety Information: Suitable for both adults and children 5 and over, but for children age under 5 years, we recommend other products in the range - EQUAZEN Children's Chews or Liquid - Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant, on any medication or if you have a medical condition before starting supplementation. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a well balanced or varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients: Fish oil, capsule shell (gelatin, glycerol, purified water), evening primrose oil, Antioxidant: Alpha-tocopherol. No Aspartame, Saccharine, Artificial flavours, Artificial colours.

Directions: 2 capsules per day with food. When starting supplementation it is recommended to take 6 capsules per day for the first 12 weeks to help balance essential fatty acids in the body.
