Keep an eye on the muscle that moves you with a compatible ECG app that assesses your heart for atrial fibrillation - an irregular heart rhythm - and get heart rate notifications that let you know when you're above or below your threshold.
See important changes in your wellness with health metrics such as SpO2 - the level of oxygen in your blood - heart rate viability, breathing rate and more.
Find the freedom to roam with built-in GPS. Go phone-free on outdoor runs, hikes and rides with real-time pace and distance. Then get a workout intensity map in the FitBit app to see your pace and heart rate zones throughout your route.

My cousin has this watch and spoke to me about buying one as I have had a heart attack and four stents put in.My needs are not for fitness but to keep a regular eye on my heartbeat and do a ECG from time to time which you can do with this watch.

I'm happy with the product! It's smart, sleek and user-friendly. The only negative is the plastic strap; it's fiddly to put on my wrist, so I've decided to replace it with an easy-to-fit nylon one.
