Faulty strap
Bought for my daughter who lives abroad. Excellent product but unfortunately the strap was an issue and kept detaching from the watch. Contacted the seller and their response was brilliant! Replacement item sent out by them.

Love the Fitbit Charge 5 as the display is so clear and easy to navigate. The down side is the watch strap as, it is very fiddly to get on and the little clasp button broke when I tried to fasten it. I have ordered the silicone strap that has a buckle as that will be much easier.

Better than the Xiaomi band
Great price on onbuy meant that it wasn't much more than my old xiomi. Crucially this one works with Google in that I get my steps into Fit and therefore into other android apps. Also compared to the xiomi, it has a lower profile nicer strap and nicer app. The Xiaomi beats it on face options and this will sound strange, but I really miss the flashlight app!
