I am happy with this product although I have yet to get to grips with all it does. It looks smart and the screen is clear but the instruction manual has to be downloaded, which personally I find slightly annoying and haven't got round to doing it yet. I accept this could be an age thing but one of the reasons I bought it was because it has a battery rather than having to constantly recharge it. Otherwise what I have used is great eg step count, calories even a prompt when you are being inactive.

I contacted OnBuy and immediately was contacted by Henry. After answering a couple of questions I was advised to return watch which I did and on receipt would be sent a replacement. I posted watch by recorded delivery and sure enough received replacement in double quick time. Also received refund for postage. Henry was a fantastic help in sorting this out for me. Customer service is 100% guaranteed. Watch is absolutely perfect for my needs and step counter matches steps on my mobile and so saves me always having to carry mobile around. I am so pleased I bought it.

Upgrade from vivofit 3 model. Vivifit 4 Links to mobile phone so can keep track of exercise, steps, sleep and can also set personal goals. Waterproof and suitable for swimming also. Comes with a year long battery so no need to charge which is a bonus. Easy to use and also comes with easy to understand instructions. Highly recommend. Watch type strap better than previous model which kept falling off hence reason for upgrade as other one fell off whilst out walking dog:-(. Onbuy- excellent price, at least £15 -£20 cheaper than other sites. Good correspondance and fast delivery!! Highly recommend both item and also website.

Arrived promptly and very happy with the product and features. Set up easy to complete with the phone app giving step by step guidelines. Counts steps and tracks activities and sleep and synchronises with apple phones to provide data in a clear and easy to understand format. Can also link up with friends or others for weekly step challenges as a bit of extra motivation to go a bit further!
