I bought this printer believing it to be new (as per graphic above). When it arrived it was apparent that the box had been opened. The black ink cartridge was missing which confirmed my view. Contacted you and was told that you had incorrectly listed the item and it wasn’t new. You refunded me £13 (price of cartridge from HP store). I ordered this but on trying installing it, this cartridge wasn’t accepted as it needed the expected “setup” cartridge. Placed a call with HP hoping they could “reset” this condition and accept the new HP cartridge. So far no success, they are sending me another cartridge. I may be returning this printer to you.
