- ? REFINING: Balsamic vinegar of excellence, aged in 20 barrels of different woods: Acacia, Oak, Chestnut, Mulberry, Juniper, Cherry.
- â… RECOMMENDED COMBINATIONS: Our balsamic is soft and creamy, with elegant aromas and long gustatory persistence; perfect in combination with roasted or grilled meats, mature cheeses, ice cream, fruit salad.
- ? REALIZATION: Obtained from the aging of cooked must of Lambrusco, Trebbiano Montanaro and Trebbiano di Spagna grapes, and wine vinegar.
- ? NO CHEMICALS: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI obtained WITHOUT: Caramel, Dyes, Gum Arabica, Artificial Flavoring Substances, Added Sulphites.
- â AGING: 5-star IGP balsamic vinegar has a maximum acidity of 6% and presents a delicate balance between softness and freshness. In addition, the 250 ml bottle is equipped with a cork dosing cap.
