This is one item of new DPST mains power rocker switch with neon bulb illumination, available in four colours.  The neon is connected to the lower two pins, so the mains input would usually be on the middle two pins and the load on the lower pins so that the neon illuminates when it is turned on.  Here are the headline properties:
