Nest Cam Outdoor looks for motion and if something doesn’t look quite right, it instantly sends an activity alert to your phone.

Detailed view
The camera streams Full HD, 1080p content to your phone, tablet or laptop. With the ability to get a 130° wide-angle view of the area, zoom in and enhance, you’ll be able to see every detail. This is the same day or night thanks to Night Vision LED sensors which let you view the whole scene at night.

Talk & listen.
Nest Cam Outdoor has a built-in speaker and mic, so you can scare off a suspicious visitor when you’re out or ask the postman to leave your parcel at the door.

Get alerts on your phone
If your Nest Cam Outdoor detects something irregular, you can receive an activity alert on your smart phone and even an email with a snapshot of what happened.

Video history
If you miss an activity alert, you can always see the last 3 hours in the Nest App.

Nest Aware
With an additional Nest Aware subscription (sold separately) you can continuously record up to 30 days of video in the cloud, select and save custom clips and more. You can also receive Person Alerts, which recognise and distinguish the movement of people from general motion in the environment.

Secure as a bank
Everything about the Nest Cam is private. Using a bank level security with 128-bit SSL encryption, Perfect Forward Secrecy and a unique 2048-bit RSA key, a bank-level security is obtained for your video, and home.

Quick and easy set up
The Nest Cam Outdoor can be easily set up outside your home. Then simply plug in the power cable, download the Nest app and set it up from your Android or iOS device. No hub required.

All weathers
Nest Cam Outdoor is weather-proof so it will always keep monitoring, come rain or shine. It plugs into the mains to ensure it never runs out of power, for security 24/7, and the cable and adapter are weather-proof too.

Put it anywhere
Nest Cam Outdoor can be placed anywhere; over your front door, garage, driveway or other area. The mount can be fixed to wood or masonry using the screws provided, and it’s magnetic so it can attach to a metal gutter or other surface. The 7.5m of provided cabling can be attached using cable clips so it can be secured discreetly to your home
