The snow panther, also called the snow leopard lives mainly in the valleys of high mountains. It can therefore be found in Central Asia but also in Central Siberia and in the Altai mountains. This medium-sized feline has short legs and a tail that can measure up to 1m in length, which is half its size! It plays a key role in the balance of the animal but also represents a protection against the cold when the latter sleeps.
