  • PREMIUM QUALITY: Mineral Cap Sheet Crafted made from SBS modified bitumen and a 200g spunbond polyester base, ensuring superior durability and flexibility for roof felt. Tensile strength of 890 N/50mm longitudinally and 590 N/50mm transversely.
  • STRONG CONSTRUCTION: Premium Torch-On Heavy Duty Roof Felt. Features a 100g glass fiber base carrier, ensuring superior tensile strength and resistance to tearing. Tensile strength of 675 N/50mm longitudinally and 460 N/50mm transversely.
  • WEATHER RESISTANT: Performs exceptionally in extreme conditions, handling both hot and cold temperatures without cracking. Offers watertightness, resistance to tearing, and cold bend flexibility down to -5°C.
  • ROCEMENDATION: We recommend using both products together first to install a sanded cap sheet underlay, and on top install the Mineral Capsheet. Use torch to heat and melt the material.
  • SANDED CAPSHEET: Can be used as a roof top layer, but needs to be treated with roofing bitumen. We recommend using it as an underlay with our Mineral Capsheet or felt shingles.

 Premium Torch-On Heavy Duty Roofing Felt. The Mineral Capsheet and  Underlay Membrane is a top-tier SBS modified bitumen torch on membrane designed for built-up flat roofing systems. This membrane offers enhanced durability, flexibility, and resistance to tearing. Use Sanded Capsheet as an underlay and Mineral Capsheet as top layer, providing reliable protection and enhancing the roof's lifespan for up to 10 years.
