I suspect the item was refurbished
Item arrived sealed, although it was noticeable straight away that the box had some marks of dirt, and the actual Doorbell presented scratches on both sides, which makes me believe this was definitely not a "New" product which i thought i was buying, instead must of been a refurbishment. I haven't returned the item because i didn't wanted to go through all the hassle and waiting time; most important for me is that i've got it a lot cheaper than what "Ring" is selling this product, and the camera is untouched, without any scratches.I can understand now why the product was cheaper, i know how a brand new product should look like, although still happy i saved money on it.
