Perfect, creamy risotto can be made without having to spend 40 minutes at the stove stirring.The Risotto Plus achieves this by gently agitating the rice grains with bubbles to release the starch. A handy 'keep warm' setting activates automatically when cooking finishes, keeping rice and slow cooked food warm for up to 5 hours and risotto for 30 minutes before switching off. A neat little feature on the Risotto Plus is the ability to remove the power cord allowing you to serve directly at the table (it also makes storage easier). Cleaning is easy once you have finished using the Risotto Plus.
