Great phone, good seller. Arrived on time and haven't had a problem since. Only downside is lack of fingerprint functionality when using a protective case. But that's a standard problem with this model.As Described and Arrived Early

I left the following Review for our first purchase of a white S10 Plus. Tis is as follows and applied to this purchase: The Samsung S10 Plus mobile phone presents the best from Samsung even though since its launch in 2019, the S20 and S21 have been launched, but to us the S10 Plus has everything we need at a reasonable price compared with the more recent S20 and S21. We change our mobile phones very infrequently since we use them as phones. We deal with most other internet related activities by means of our PC and laptop (both also quite old but still fulfilling our needs!). We bought this White S10 Plus for my wife and another S10 Plus in Black for me a few days later to replace both our S5 Dual Sim phones that we have had for about 6 years. We prefer to have the same phone each since the learning curve for new technology is always fairly steep and having to deal with two different types would be difficult. So far we are still learning how to use our S10 Plus phones; the leap forward in technology has really surprised us. We bought our S10 Plus's from OnBuy simply because they offered to best price for a new, genuine European phone with 512gb of storage. A great advance over the 8gb on our previous S5's that left virtually no space for more than 3 or 4 Apps and we were constantly running out of storage space despite adding a 32gb SD Card to each. My daughter advised that 128gb would be more than enough, but with longevity in mind we opted for 512gb to play safe in the years to come. With all the features that the S10 Plus offers we are wondering indeed if we will ever need to upgrade our mobiles ever again. One last comment; many thanks to OnBuy for the surprise free gift of a quality wallet phone case with my Black S10 Plus (that I bought subsequent to the S10 Plus White). It was very kind to include this and it is much appreciated since I don't recall seeing this case as past of the second purchase.Excellent Samsung S10 Plus phone

No issues at all with this new mobile telephone. An improvement over my galaxy S6 due to improved software with more apps and bigger screen with heaps of on board storage. Fast response to all inputs thanks to super duper processor. What's not to like, especially at such a great price! Let's not forget the great camera(s) too! All good, happy customer.So far great

The best smartphone on the market
First off, I was very sceptical about ordering this as the price was ridiculously cheap in comparison to every other online and local retailer. I received the device just under two weeks from ordering, and I’m pleased to say everything was as described (although the packaging was clearly resealed by the seller). It also came with a UK plug adapter, and a spare one just in case it didn't since it’s an import.This phone clearly shows the innovation from Samsung, from the curved - high-resolution display to the incredible cameras and impressive specifications and features. The design and appearance is so gorgeous I can't bring myself to put a case on it, this phone is clearly meant to be showed off! As for performance, it's super-fast and snappy, whatever you throw at it the hardware here has no problem handling it! I won't dive into the actual specs as no doubt you have read lots of other reviews etc. but it really is a great experience software and usability wise. Oher additional features like the in-display fingerprint scanner and wireless power share are very convenient and I have had no issues using either. Don’t hold off purchasing this phone, just place the order already - you will most certainly not regret it.

Love this phone, great price at the level of storage in it, great options of use (I've only customised some) great quality photos too. Battery lasts a couple of days even with heavy use. Its the International model dual sim (seller in China was great too) so I have the option of 2nd additional storage to stay or transfer, or use of a sim abroad. Love it.Excellent service.
My S7 died on me. So looked at offers in the high street. Prices where frightening.Some offers on Ebay, but haveing been ripped more than once, to risky.
So checked on line found OnBuy. Asked several questions got good replies. Searched feedback, Allgood.

A very positive shopping experience.It was the cheapest S10+ on the market, and upon delivery, everything showed the phone and contents where brand new and untouched.
They even included another brand new wall plug.
The only part they could improve on is the option for faster delivery as it took a week to be delivered. (Although the parcel arrived exactly on time).

Phone was genuinely perfect
Quite skeptical ordering from an unknown site at an unbelievably low price, shipped from China... But the phone was as new, had a sticker saying it was reselead by the shop, assuming this was to replace international charger with a Samsung UK charger, which was also genuine Samsung branded and QuickCharge functional.It was the model with Samsungs own Exynos processor. All documents and accessories included.
Also came with a thin film screen protector already applied and a basic clear case that protects the back and sides.
Only slight negative was the Warranty, no instructions to register it myself directly with Samsung website - The seller informed that it is held with them for 24 months and to contact them if any problems and need to use it. I guess this is acceptable but would have been nice to see it registered on my own Samsung account.
I would definitely recommend this seller, helped with my questions and concerns both before and after purchase and in an informative and timely manner.
Fast, powerful, amazing camera
great phone, well packaged, amazing camera set up. The only issue is no notification LED which is more annoying than you think. Hopefully Samsung sort this eventually.- Previous
