The updated strap design of the Watch4 brings Samsung's BioActive Sensors closer to your wrist, helping to provide even more accurate readings when using the Watch4 to monitor your health and wellness. Using sensors built into the back of the watch and its two side buttons, the Watch4 can measure your ECG, BIA, and blood oxygen. These can be useful tools during your day, as you work out, and even when you sleep.
In addition to your health and wellness, the Watch4 smartwatch helps you connect with others, remain informed, and stay entertained. Thanks to Wear OS powered by Samsung, the best aspects of Tizen and Wear OS come together to give you seamless connectivity to Android smartphones and access to a huge library of apps that cover health, fitness, music streaming, and more. As you use the Watch4, you can make it fit your personal style with a swappable watch band, AR Emojis, different color backgrounds, and fonts. Over 40 watch faces are available out of the box, with more downloadable online.
Body Composition: You can check your BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) score anytime by touching two fingers to the side buttons. Built-in sensors there work with those touching your wrist to take 2400 readings in 15 seconds, giving you measurements of your body's fat, muscle, and water mass. Samsung worked to ensure that these sensors are 98% accurate when compared to standard DXA scans.
Heart Smart: The integrated ECG sensors can measure your heart rate in real time, keeping you informed on any detected abnormal readings. All of the data can be sent straight to a compatible smartphone for sharing with others.
Do You Snore? By measuring your blood oxygen (SpO2) every second, the Watch4 can track your breathing and snoring throughout the night, giving you a sleep score in the morning. This data can help you adjust your environment and sleeping habits so you can get a more restful night's sleep.
Stay Motivated with Challenges: We all know it's important to get our exercise in every day, but staying consistently motivated on our own can be difficult. Samsung incorporates Challenges into the Watch4 to not only help yourself, but to also help those you care about. The feature lets you compete with friends and family to see who can come out on top by tracking your steps through a live message board. A point system is used to determine who wins commemorative badges and you'll get updates on where you rank and who pulled ahead, prompting you to get up and take the lead.
Bluetooth & Wi-Fi: With support for Bluetooth 5.0 and dual-band Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n), you can wirelessly connect with your smartphone and optional headphones to stream music and share fitness data.
One UI: Use the touchscreen and two side buttons to quickly navigate through apps and menus. You can also use gestures to answer smartphone calls and dismiss alerts.

The watch is amazing, exactly as described with more features than I could imagine. Basically a phone on my wrist, so easy to use and manoeuvre it really is a great piece of equipment. The only negative I have found with it is the battery life. I have found myself needing to charge it almost every day, it does charge quickly but it does drop the charge relatively quick. I have turned off alot of the background apps and this has helped a bit, I might get a day and a half now from full charge. Overall atm I am happy with the purchase which came exactly on expected arrival date and well packaged.

Nice watch. It does everything that I expected, but. I'm disappointed with the battery life. I have my watch set to save battery etc. I'm having to charge it every night as the battery barely lasts 24hrs which is both annoying and disappointing. I bought this item mainly for health reasons and I would have expected the battery to last a lot longer. The watch strap is far too short and I have ordered a longer better strap. If I had my time again I would probably stick with Samsung but invest in an upgraded version sadly.

Almost everything you want from a smart watch
Has all the functions I need from it, only downsides as with all smart watches is the battery. But has enough charge to keep up with everything I use it for without running out when I'm not near the charger. I get about 38 hours per full charge.

I was impressed when my son showed me his watch 4, but now I have my own, I looked further into the features. You Tube gave me information that I would never have bothered reading in the manual. Impressive features I didnt have on my fitness tracker and it looks good.An excellent product at an excellent price at OnBuy.

I've had this item for a little over a month now, I never wear watches, but wanted to track my fitness. Its not too bulky, its light weight. Would recommend for people who are not use to wearing watches. It has so many features, would recommend watching a few YouTube videos as to what you can do with this watch, as it seems endless. Overall I'm very impressed with this watch.

This is great value. YouTube clips on installation as it is from China. When you pair it to your UK phone it changes language to English and all good! Only drawback is no WhatsApp or Facebook as these are banned in China. Bargain otherwise, no issues. Great charger included. Battery lasts about a day. Sync with phone is great. Note, you can play Spotify from it to your ear buds but phone needs to be in reach (bluetooth).1 person found this review helpful.

I am pleased with the product, although I had expected the battery to be much better than it actually is! Set up is easy, but the instructions were in Chinese as it had been shipped from China. Appears authentic and connects well to Samsung Health, so no real issues yet!

Exactly the same item you would buy from any UK store for £80 more! The only difference is that the paper leaflets inside the box are in Chinese and the watch comes set with Chinese as the default language which you change to English during setup. I would highly recommend this product!
