This is a great starter gym which has the added benefits of having the traditional "Bench Press" body position, rather than other gyms that the user has to perform the exercise whilst seated upright.

Another great feature is that there are no time consuming cable changes to swap round before starting each of the different exercises and the Bench section even folds up vertically when the gym is not in use to save on floor space!

The cleverly designed 70lb weight system provides up to 140lb of resistance for the user so it will not break any floorboards and the gym can be placed in most rooms around the house, providing there is enough space.
