Firstly the product was a fraction of other retailers prices for the identical product
Secondly I took a chance as estimated delivery was very tight for my travel date , I would have happily paid extra for next day delivery but this was not a option at checkout
So fingers were crossed
I emailed customer services just requesting it was sent as soon as possible
But there was no need
My package arrived 24 hours later by courier with full tracking facility and a team member at customer services took the time to track the package for me also and kept me fully updated
That is service !!!
